I have a new client who I showed numerous properties to in a middle price-range last week. Today, she drove down my street on her way home and asked about a few other properties...( in a much higher price range)... she also asked about leasing options. I told her I would call her and maybe we would go look at something......
I went inside and got on the computer... I really did'nt have anything new I wanted to show her in the upper range-- that I could arrange on such a short notice. So I looked up some leases and came up with a house or 2 we could see right away. I mainly wanted to get some more face time with this client and build trust.
We met and then spent the next 2 hours looking at houses and basically clarifying what she and her husband are looking for. We explored another neighborhood and even checked out a million dollar SHORT SALE!
By taking the (unscheduled) time to do some research-- and meet with her on short notice... I feel I have cemented a client. And that middle range purchase --- may turn into a million dollar home!
