When you post a listing on the MLS that says-- 24 Hour Notice to SHOW PLEASE--- Why Do Agents call and DEMAND to see your Listing with an HOUR NOTICE ??
My clients live in their home full time-- and it is a $1.25 M listing.... Do buyers really think they can just drop in on people with such little notice? Is the market dictating this bad behavior? Or are Agents just so desperate that they don't want to plan ahead? Is this happening to you more NOW, than in a better market?
I will show the property today-- but I convinced the Agent to give my Sellers a little more time to prepare and vacate. I know we need to be accomodating and convince our Sellers to make the home easy to show--- but don't GOOD MANNERS matter ?
