
Schwarzenegger expected to sign new $10,000 California homebuyer tax credit
Governor Arnold is trying to lift the sagging California housing market-- homebuyer tax credits are almost certainly returning. The state's newest housing stimulus will grant $100 million in tax credits to first-time buyers of existing homes and $100 million to anyone who buys a new, unoccupied home.
We are hoping that this pumped up bill that will grant a $10,000 credit starting May 1st to homebuyers will give the California a much needed boost. Read the entire article in today's Sacramento Bee !
